Midlands Account Manager   Salary: £20,000 basic salary plus commission (OTE £30K-£35K)   Based:Redditch, Midlands.   Holidays: 20 working days per annum. Increasing by one day per year with the company to a maximum of 25 days per annum   Benefits: Permanent Health Insurance The Challenge   To develop new and existing business opportunities through Spitfire’s reseller channel.   To provide a professional, commercial interface with customers and resellers.   To pro-actively and in a timely fashion, manage the sales process from appointment to receipt of order.   To respond to requirements from existing Spitfire customers & establish relationships with new customers in order to maximise the opportunities.   To conduct needs analysis with prospects to establish selling opportunities for present and future needs and to actively sell Spitfire products & services in line with specified sales objectives. The Requirements   Sales/Technical Sales/Account Management background, with experience of data/voice solutions and network services being essential.
