SIP Communicator™
What is SIP Communicator™?
Spitfire’s SIP Communicator™ is a hosted PBX solution which provides everything that you would normally expect from a business quality phone system, but without the high capital expenditure. Simply buy or rent an approved handset, pay a small connection charge, plug the IP handset into Spitfire’s ADSL or SDSL service, and then just pay a low monthly rental.
SIP Communicator™ is ideal for businesses which do not want to invest a phone system that they may quickly grow out of, or those which have rapidly-changing communication requirements. It is also suitable for companies that do not have a fixed office location or are frequently moving from one rented space to another. Where a business has home workers or workers in many different locations, then SIP Communicator™ makes even more sense, as everyone can call each other free of charge and incoming calls can be routed to any location .
The Service
In addition to all the usual features of holding and transferring calls, SIP Communicator™ also includes the following features:

Create individual or group speed dials |

Callers can leave messages in individual or group voicemail boxes to be retrieved by you from your handset, or you can configure the system to send voicemails as an attachment to an email |

Multiple hunt groups allow incoming calls to ring telephones simultaneously or sequentially |

Allows you to host your own conference calls |
The Benefits

PBX hardware and software is located at our secure Docklands Data Centre rather than installed your office. |

Although the PBX will be in London, you can be located anywhere and your numbers can appear to be anywhere, allowing you to give out local numbers to your customers. |

Spitfire can provide geographic numbers for any area in the UK, as well as non-geographic numbers such as 0800 and 0845 if required. |

In most cases we can port your existing phone numbers, even if you are moving outside of your exchange area. |

Minimum contract of just three months provides maximum flexibility |

We supply Snom handsets as required which include an LCD display, speakerphone and message waiting indicator. |

We can also supply the Counterpath Softphone that installs on your PC or laptop, and comes with a headset and microphone. |
