Support Options

Spitfire offer a range of support options, designed to offer our customers the option of a far higher level of support than our competitors:

Standard - Spitfire will provide unlimited telephone support as far as the router with next day faulty router replacement (if supplied by Spitfire).

Plus - As above plus Spitfire will offer advice and support in relation to all email and Internet problems or queries, including users' network/computers. Router replacement in 4 working hours (inside M25), or pre-10am (anywhere in the UK).
