If the fault cannot be fixed in this way, then a site visit will be organised.
Where a system has failed completely, we aim to have it back up and running again within 4-hours. Our service centre has advanced call logging, management and vehicle tracking systems, which enable us to provide the fastest possible response (see our SLAs for more details of all our target clearance times).
And where a fault involves third parties, Spitfire co-ordinates with every involved supplier on your behalf – taking all the hassle away from you, and resolving the issue as swiftly as possible.
