How did you end up working at Spitfire?

During my time at University, I worked in several retail jobs and really enjoyed the sales and customer service elements of the roles. I studied chemical engineering at the University of Birmingham and after graduation, I knew I wanted to go into a technical sales role!

What do you enjoy the most about working here?

I enjoy being part of a close knit team where we are able to support and learn from each other as well as having been able to develop strong relationships with the customers I look after over the last 8 years. I also really enjoy the fast paced environment in the world of IoT, technology and comms – there are new products and new things to learn every day. The solutions we provide are making real impact to improve our customers businesses.

What’s your role?

I am one of the Partner Account Managers and IoT Team Leaders. I manage relationships between customers and Partners as well as my own team. I ensure that I fully understand the technical requirements of a project and design an appropriate and effective solution to meet them. This can be a range of data, voice, multisite or IoT solutions.

What do you do with your time outside of work?

I love exploring new cities & towns with Atlas – it’s great that more and more places are becoming dog friendly. Outside of this you’ll find me training in the gym – I’m also a big fan of strategic puzzle games & escape rooms.
