We provide our partners with a dedicated account manager, from either our London or Birmingham Offices depending on your location, to ensure that we provide the best solution for you and your customers.

Spitfire’s Account Managers are all Cisco Certified, and utilise their technical knowledge to assist with presales, enquiries, demos and even on-site meetings in support of you.

At just 5 hours and backed by industry leading service credits, this is the circuit of choice for businesses looking for the highest possible uptime. A broadband backup circuit using the same IP address configuration is also included with a 36 month contract, allowing your business to stay connected.

  • Escalations outside of SLA are automatic and closely monitored.
  • Routers replaced by 10am next day or within 4 working hours within the M25
