I have been at Spitfire since April 2013. I started as a Provisioner where I learnt a lot of new skills
and got to really understand the company and the industry. After two years I decided I really wanted
to try going into Project Management and to develop my technical skills further. Spitfire were incredibly
accommodating and when an opportunity arose I was able to become a Project Coordinator. In addition
to this I have recently achieved my first technical qualification. Working at Spitfire has enabled me to build
a career in an industry I had not considered before.
