We recruit across the business for many exciting opportunities to join us at Spitfire Network Services. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving Telecoms and IP Engineering industry.
Some of our recent sales starters are busy getting into their training programme – learning all about our products and services and either picking up all those new skills a top salesperson needs – negotiation, sales techniques and how to make those sales. New Support Technicians and Project Managers are also joining our Sales Team in one our classrooms and engineer test build rooms to study for their CISCO CCNA qualifications and computer programming.
Our new starters are really motivated and have a lot of energy, they are keen to start making those first sales and with all the training they have been getting I don’t think it will be long until that happens. I’m sure they will be celebrating those first wins soon on the sales floor.
Our Support Technicians are excited to get on the phone, being that point of contact for any queries that arise with services and delivery.

“The people are the best part of the job. I appreciate that the people in the ‘higher power’ positions have treated me with respect. Furthermore, everyone in my team has been extremely helpful, I have not felt like a hassle to anyone. I have attended a few socials to the pub, all of which have been good.
Training … my team and managers help me get through it. Perseverance is key- there is a lot to learn but as long as you invest the time and be patient you will get the rewards.
It took a while for me to adjust as this is my first full-time job – however working with like-minded people and a vibrant team has helped me a lot in facing the challenges in this role and I going from strength-to-strength in this!
I am enjoying the training, particularly the hands-on experience with the role.
I have got my first social with them to do Mini Golf and I am excited for it!”
