The international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) is a number that uniquely identifies every user of a mobile network.
An IMSI is usually presented as a 15-digit number. The first 3 digits represent the mobile country code (MCC), which is followed by the mobile network code (MNC), a two digit number in Europe. The remaining numbers represent the unique subscriber identification for connecting to the mobile operator’s network.
Spitfire can offer dual IMSI multi-network SIMs to increase connectivity resilience, providing automatic failover to the second IMSI to maintain connection. Particularly beneficial for IoT devices and systems.
